Overview

Gözde graduated from Galatasaray High School and Koç University Faculty of Law. She completed her master's degree in international law and cyber security policies at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in Boston, USA as a Fulbright scholar. 

Gözde has been advising on various Turkish law matters and working with the founders, investors, and technology companies having cross-border presence in Turkey, the USA and the UK. 

Gözde previously worked as a Research Associate at the Cybersecurity at MIT Sloan (CAMS), headquartered in the MIT Sloan School of Management and provided consultancy on cybersecurity policies to giant technology, energy and insurance companies. After her return to Türkiye, she joined White & Case LLP in Istanbul, where she represented Turkey's leading energy and infrastructure companies and banks in various financing and acquisition transactions. Subsequently, she decided to focus on technology companies and technology transactions and started working in the startup ecosystem. 

She also serves as a consultant at Enquire AI, an AI-based strategy consulting firm in Washington D.C. In September 2023, she will pursue her studies in law and finance at the University of Oxford, along with her professional service.
