The Capital Markets Board (CMB) has issued a resolution, numbered 9/177 dated February 14, 2023, to make it easier for public companies and their affiliates to buy back shares and to ensure that investors are protected. This resolution replaces and cancels the CMB's previous announcements and resolutions on share buybacks, which were made on July 21 and 25, 2016, June 23, 2022 (numbered 34/959), and August 21, 2015 (numbered 21/1023).
